Astrophytum Asterias Cv. Oibo Iwata Snow White is a refined Japanese cultivar admired for its clean structure and elegant trichome expression originating from the Iwata lineage.
The Iwata Snow White line is known for producing trichomes that appear soft and feathery rather than flat or compact. Instead of the typical flattened flecks seen in many Asterias plants, the trichomes develop into delicate, fine hair-like clusters that create a soft, snowy glow across the plant’s surface.
