At Madam Cacti, we ship our freshly collected seeds with care and excitement, hoping they find a happy home in your garden. Because every country has its own rules and customs processes, it’s important to understand the terms below before ordering internationally.

All Sales Are Final

All seed sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, as seeds are a delicate, living product and cannot be resold once they leave our hands.

Shipping at Your Own Risk

We pack every order with love and protection, but international shipping is unpredictable.
Buyers are responsible for understanding their country’s import regulations.
Madam Cacti is not liable for delays, holds, or confiscations made by customs in your country.

Customs Declarations

To help your seeds travel safely, your package will be lovingly labeled as a “gift.” While we cannot guarantee clearance, please know that every package is prepared with care and attention, and we hope it brings a little joy and excitement to your day when it arrives.
