Astrophytum Asterias Cv. Snow Type Superkabuto is a striking cultivar admired for its extremely dense trichome coverage that blankets the plant in a snowy white appearance.
The Snow Type expression refers to Superkabuto plants where the white trichomes become so dense that they form a nearly continuous layer across the ribs. Instead of scattered flecks or patterns, the plant appears dusted with snow, creating a dramatic contrast with the darker green epidermis beneath.
